I almost forgot to workout today. We were gone or busy all day, and I remembered at 9...too tired for couch25K, already did strength last night...so X stretch it was again. I chose the ones that were good for arms and legs, neck...much needed stretches.
Looks like couch25K tomorrow.

Good for you...record still in tact!! I'm starting my run Monday! My goal to start is the full 90 day P90X...we'll take it from there!
Nice...I think I'm going to do X Stretch today...even though I officially start tomorrow...I feel like I need to do something. And I know my body will love the stretching.
So how long until your 5K? was it the Frosty or Chilly or something like that? How much time do you have left to train? Are you making progress are you nervous? So many questions LOL.
