35minutes strength and stretching:
Bench press:
10 reps @ 50 lbs/ 10 reps @ 60 lbs/ 5.5 reps @ 70 lbs/10 reps @ 60 lbs
Overhead Extensions:
3 sets of 12 @ 25 lbs
Laying Flys:
3 sets of 15 @ 12 lbs
Stretches: swimmers, arm circles, bicep/tricep stretch, neck rolls, neck stretch

haha 70?? dang i am proud of myself for doin 50!! Good Job!!
So wait!! Do you have a weight bench? How do you do all these exercises? AND there is a link to instructions to add the buttons on the main blog! ;o)

Karilynn...yep, I have a universal..so it comes with a bench press, and I also have free weights. I've gotta keep my muscles working so when I start round 2 of P90X on the 18th, I won't go into shock...LOL.
