Week 9, Day  4, Yoga X..
Well, it wasn't pretty, but I did it.  LOL.  And, it helped my knee! That's the most important thing for me today. At first, I still couldn't make my leg go straight...which is difficult in Yoga X to NOT do.  Everything requires straight legs. About half way through the first section, I felt a little pop, and voila, my knee gave and I could make it go straight again.  I actually enjoyed Yoga today, which shocks me.  I did have to stop half way and get a recovery drink though...I hadn't eaten enough before hand.  Yoga X, done like dinner!
