Well, that went well. X Stretch always does. My knee has been messed up these days, and the X stretch helped a bit. I'm not sure if it will last...but for now, it's ok.
I have Core tomorrow...not sure if I should attempt that with my lat muscle pain...so I think I may substitute and do Kenpo again. Either way, I'll be doing something!
