This afternoon I went on the treadmill again. I initially thought I'd just walk....but I know myself...so I had a sneaky suspicion that I would up it. And that's what I did. I actually jogged for 3 minutes straight...then I walked, then jogged for 2 minutes, then walked again, and jogged for another 2 minutes. I was on for 30 minutes, and I totally made the most out of it. I'm new to this jogging thing...and I've decided that I will love it.
Plyo or Cardio X tonight....time will tell.
